I am officially stepping down as team captain as I just have too much on my plate at the moment to do this job justice. I will also be leaving the challenge for the time being and hope to rejoin later in the spring. Good luck and best wishes to everyone, feel free to add me as a friend to keep in touch. <3

Oh man, weekends are hard for me to get to the group. During the week, I check in on my computer and find it SO much easier than trying to do it on my phone. But, not an excuse, just a reality. I will work on a way to stay plugged in on the weekends! For now, need to catch up at work and I will post later in the day! HAPPY…

@BMcC9 nice loss and start to the year! :) My real reality started this Wednesday and it hasn't been an easy transition! I really enjoyed winter break and my ability to sleep when I wanted and go to the gym when I wanted. Being back to work from 7-3 everyday makes that harder ;) I also have too much junk food at work that…

@iluvnufoods it can be scary starting something new, I know I was TERRIFIED when I started back in June. It was super rewarding when I pushed through the fear and got into a groove. What are your goals and do you have a method/way you are working toward them (gym vs at home or specific diet plan)? We are here to help and…

@Smart_Beautiful_and_Strong and @Inspire2019 excellent start to the month with great losses! Keep up the good work!

I second that, great job everyone!! Yesterday was another good day for me. I ate well all day and had a great session at the gym. It started with an introduction to a new challenge at my gym where we are trying to gain lean muscle and lose fat through the use of supplements (and diet and workouts) within 28 days. I met…

@BMcC9 I have been slacking on my HIIT classes lately but I can explain how they typically work at my gym. They aways start with a dynamic warm up, whether it is working with an agility ladder or doing some sort of exercise (like lunges or high kicks) from one point to another. This usually lasts 5-8 minutes. After, the…

Group Challenge 208??! That is the number I have come up with for how many times, at minimum, that I want to go tot he gym in 2019. Basically, since there are 52 weeks in a year, my goal is to go to the gym at least four times a week. Really, I want to go five times but I know that life happens and want to make the goal…

Username: orngnerdz Weigh in week: week 1 Weigh in day: Tuesday Previous Weight: 196.7. Todays Weight: 198.6 Not shocked and not really that upset beyond hurting the team numbers. After I was in the hospital, the foods I could tolerate were not that healthy (lots of pasta and comfort food) but all the more reason to get…

Welcome @Inspire2019 or welcome back should I say! Isn't it funny how bad things seem to come in clusters? I remember when I was a kid my gram always used to say that bad things came in 3's and I never believed her. Now, I see it! I also had a tough go of December and I am working hard to get back on track. For me that…

@Smart_Beautiful_and_Strong I LOVE your username, that is a perfect thing to convey to your kids and grandkids! Welcome to our team, we are glad to have you! What does your current fitness journey look like? Are you focusing on diet and/or exercise? @nicole3921 those are GREAT goals that I think I would benefit from as…

@tdrjustus3 Welcome to the group, we are glad to have you! I am a type 1 diabetic (since I was 9) and would gladly do anything to rid myself of the disease so I can understand why you are working to get away from it. How do you like being on Keto? My husband tried it a few years back and liked it at first but felt super…

Well hello team and happy new year! It was a ROUGH end to 2018 for me but I am ready to start 2019 off strong. Here's a quickie update: husband is home and doing well, he actually went back to work this morning and claims he is feeling fine (I have a feeling he will be SUPER tired tonight). (For those of you that don't…
