Almond Milk .5 cup Soy Milk .5cup Spinach 1cup Green Apple 30g Pineapple 30g Banana 30g Vanilla Extract few drops Cinnamon to taste Water (preference, how thick your smoothie will be) I like to use frozen fruits :)
