I've lost over 125 pounds and still have about 40 to go. My arms are almost perfect but i have been smashing the weights! My stomach looks a little flabby but it will spring back. Look into taking biotin and collagen! Eat soups madefrom bone and jello is good too!

I just gradually upped my carbs until my blood ketones were at 1.0. I also carbcycle on weightlifting days and my carbs can get upto 100 and still stay at 3.0. But i also fast 23hours a day.
