I started doing t-25 last year when I started my weight loss just doing that and mildly changing my eating habits it helped me loose 20 lbs lol so I am thinking it works great. :)

I love doing the gluten free rolled oats 1/2 cup with 1/2 a scoop of peanut butter chocolate protein whey powder and a dash of cinnamon :) I use the other scoop of protein powder in my coffee and now I don't really use creamer :)

Have youve tried this light and fit STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE GREEK NONFAT YOGURT? Its actually not that bad and I add some blueberries to it and bonus points its only 80 calories! :)

I can go to the gym fine, but I need to walk my dog too and that is what I have been not doing lately :( It just sucks because I get home from the gym by 8pm and its cold dark no fun times for me lol >.<
