I like doing it with light mayo, buffalo sauce, onion, cilantro, lime juice, tomatoes, jalapenos, and pepper. Mix it all around and make it into a sandwich or if you are doing low carb you could eat them with cucumber slices / lettuce. wrap :)

If you don't buy bad food while you are grocery shopping you cant eat it at home and also going straight home after the gym or work or wherever to eat at your own house saves money and calories. Also meal prepping has been the biggest game changer for me even if you just meal prep your lunch at least you wont tempt…

I workout after work if you feel like if you go home and then dont have any energy. I would pack your workout outfit change at work before you leave and then head to the gym maybe have a protein bar for energy? I usually do this and it helps me sleep better since I to am not a morning person. xD

Have you've tried doing protein powder in your coffee? I usually add half a scoop of my fave chocolate peanut butter protein powder with my black coffee in the mornings that I dont even need milk or creamer anymore. I have not tried it cold tho xD

Have youve tried a meal prep company just until you get back to the swing of things? At least all your meals will be prepared and you wont have to eat out or reach for fast foods. :)

Have you've tried doing plain Greek yogurt? That has a good source of protein and it could be like a desert for you. Maybe even add some peanut butter and maybe half a scoop of strawberry or chocolate protein powder? I usually eat that to meet my protein goals and mine are set for 158 grams. :)

I always just make sure to have at least 4oz of lean protein, 1/2 cup of carbs, with a bunch of veggies. This week I did 4oz of shredded boiled chicken, quinoa, squash and broccoli. I always find that making simpler meal preps for lunch at work helps me stay away from eating out or eating all the donuts that we have here…

Have you've tried doing Popsicle with BCCA's? They are super sweet and tasty with super low calories specially now for the hot summer months oh yeah! Also they help recover sore muscles so its a win win!
