  • I drink hot drinks in the evening, instead of eating. That gets me through the craving. Coffee, tea...a sugar substitute, a splash of actual cream not the powdery stuff...does the trick.
  • All of my jeans are falling off now, after losing only 16 pounds. I actually look at myself in glass doors and ladies bathroom mirrors now, too, which I'd stopped doing a long time ago. It feels wonderful! :D
