Thanks for replies. I do volunteer twice a week with two charities, swim once a week and have a work coach. Also just getting into mindfulness, hopefully going to weekend retreat. Quite a bit of socialising too. Attending health course to manage my pain, as well as suffer with anxiety

Hi, new today. Previously I found strict planning ie menus + shopping; being organised ie prep food, freeze meals ie soups or leftovers; vary meals especially dinner so don't get bored; have snacks or veg soup handy for when you get home to have whilst cooking. Good luck
