SO glad to find this thread! 4'9" 102.7 So in losing mode. I have lost with 1200 cal in the past but as soon as I go to 1300 I gain. 63yo so low Metabolic rate but am trying to get more walking in for heart and BP. You guys exercise a lot. proud to get 30-40 min brisk walk 3-4 days a week. Guess that is is key to do it…
