As Lynda said lots of research. You have to be strict on giving up carbs. This is a very low carb way of eating. And many people think it is high protein. It is high fat and moderate protein.

I am managing to stick to it. And I am a huge carb lover. But of course Keto is a low carb way of eating. I have been on it nine weeks and lost 23 pounds. I’ve had one day off and ate quite s few carbohydrates. It took days to get back into losing weight again, even though I got back on track the following day.

I usually have cereal 🥣 with skim/trim milk. Or toast 🍞, or sometimes yoghurt with fruit 🍈 🍇 and a few almonds or walnuts. I don’t have young children .But I start work pretty early , so time is limited.
