They’re all the same size 500 calories for 3 meals and no snacks. I’m never hungry. Only a little when I wake up. I burn 400 calories a day at the gym

If you’re going to say something out of concern please check your numbers first. I have many days where I burn 1000-1500 calories because I run for 2 hours AND swim or go for a hike too. My page only shows one exercise and the total calorie burn.

I like to combine getting outside in winter with exercise since most people hibernate. I like to snowshoe, hike, ski, go for winter runs etc. I bought weights for my condo too so I can do some weighted exercises at home :)

Anyone feel free to add me I’m in!

I haven’t found calorie counts on packaged food to be off enough that it has any effect on me and my goals. It hasn’t affected my loss or maintenance at all. I rarely weigh my food.

OP- find something you enjoy and then just do it regularly. Maybe it’s biking, maybe running or maybe it’s just walking or hiking around outside and getting some fresh air.

I once biked almost 100 miles with no training....

I’m almost 20. Close enough? :D Feel free to add me Oops just realized I hadn’t read the whole post... I’m not obese but I am really focused on a healthy lifestyle and am trying to lose a little.

We’re all getting wooed for telling OP how it is... she’s not skinny but she’s not fat. She’s healthy and doesn’t need to lose weight... she can recomp but that’s about it. She’s a grown woman and her body type should be something she’s familiar with by now.

Also why 7lb ? That seems like an odd number to choose to lose when you’re already at a healthy weight ? Like I said above, weight training will do wonders for you.

You look very average to me. I’d say recomp and focus on body composition. That will do more for you than focusing on weight. I’m also 5’10” and “underweight” if we’re going by BMI starts at 128lb which is 20lb less than you. You don’t have to worry about being “underweight”. You should just focus on being healthy.
