I like cheat meals that still fit within daily calories. So say you burn 2600 calories and you eat less than 2600 calories of any food you like for that day only. That’s what I do 🙂

I’m not trying to lose although I have been slightly. However, my mom is on a diet right now and so are some friends. They’ve all sworn by a cheat day to break through a plateau. I think it seems legit. One day off eating what you want, but in reasonable portions, then get back on track and woosh :)

I’m gonna go against what other people are saying here. Yes, congrats on 10lbs , but a 9lb fluctuation is significantly above the 5lb normal amount to fluctuate by. Please see a doctor and make sure your hormones and everything level wise is all good!

I’ve almost never had any.. however when I gained ten pounds I noticed some on my upper thighs and below my butt. After cutting added sugar and weight lifting it’s gone for me. I think for anyone to say it’s impossible to get rid of it isn’t fair, since that’s not true for everyone. I got rid of mine.

I’ve had 10k or 5k calorie cheat days. I’ve ate a large pizza and some dessert or similar in one day plus other normal meals. I never gained any weight from my cheat days long term. Short term for about 2-4 days I’d be up 0-6lb. I also measure my body fat regularly and never gained body fat from my cheat days either. That…

I have a standard but beautiful glass Taylor scale. It has a bright blue led light with big numbers so you can even use it in the dark! For ~30 bucks I feel it’s more than good enough for me! No bf % or weight tracking, but if I wanted those things I’d spring for a DEXA scan and I have this app for tracking weight :)

I’m either 5’9” or 5’10” and since I have a ton of muscle I’m usually between 15-20% BF which puts me at size 2 anything below 143 ish. From 125lb to 140lb I stay in size 0 or 2. Right now im a size 4 and I weigh 150. My waist is only 26 inches and this is the most I’ve ever weighed.

I’ve heard this stat before! I’m 5’10” and my heaviest weight was 150. It’s hard for me to fathom being the “average” weight. Then again I’m 20, have a high metabolism and eat all the time.

I used to only ever drink black coffee ( which I still love). Now sometimes I use a little creamer in my coffee. I don’t eat any sweets or snack so this is the only bad habit I have. So no I’m not giving it up.

Well week one for me was -4.2lb. I didn’t weigh the week of my period the week before this one. Only 5.8 more lb to go! 2.9 ish lb a week 😬

NO! To be honest I saw a lady at my job logging a holiday party on myfitness and I felt so sorry for her. I could never do that to myself. I take breaks when needed.
