Good luck! I had to strip to my swimsuit yesterday for my kid's swimming and could see that my boy could notice that I was chubbier, I also felt embarrassed. I have been off MFP for a while due to stress from work etc but now back and hopefully more determined, add me if you need accountability. x

I wish I had the answer to this as well. It just seems so easy to munch when you have too many things to do and no time to breathe. It feels like I'm punishing myself in a weird way, although I know it is not my fault that I get stressed. Change of mindset seems the way forward but how?
