I am 5'2" so I am a shortie as well. I just started and it is going fine. Having a hard time keeping my carbs down to where it should be. No snack seems to be without carbs! Any suggestions

Hi I am new to myfitnesspal. Just the first week. I made a homemade healthy granola and it helps me when I feel I have to eat more. It is filling however it is high in carbs. Chips were my go to for emotional eating. I don't have any in the house because I would eat the entire bag !!!!! Looking for a healthy alternative
