Thanks all. Nice to know it should work soon I'm defiantly not giving up. I'm actually enjoying the gym way to much. I'm going to measure today and re measure every month hopefully I will see a difference there if no weight

I'm going to give the legs a rest and try some upper body work then .. fingers crossed it will start to show soon😊
