  • @Megan_smartiepants1970 this week can be excused as I wasn't consistent nor happy with my exercising this week. But from tomorrow I am doing 2 miles a day, that takes me about 30-32 mins. I will track with MapmyRun and paste the times here when I am done.

  • Hello, I would also like to try the step challenge at 4000 for now. I will be jogging/running/walking, doing yoga and aerobics. Also, is this the week where we give the new weigh in numbers? I weighed yesterday just in case a number other than the entry number was needed.

  • Hey All, I have a question, for the April challenge, am I to log the workouts that I do daily here? I don't have a pedometer at the moment so unable to count steps. Or is there a specific logging format to follow? Especially with regard to logging weight
