Keep at it!

Also, take your measurements and note how your clothes fit. If you are weight training, you are gaining muscle which makes the numbers on the scale static.

Feel free to add me. I love spending time outdoors, gardening, hiking with my dogs (oh, and I bring the husband along too!)
-
That is a great loss! Keep at it girl!

It is definitely difficult. I've also tried in the past, stayed alcohol free for 3 months then went out for girls' night and BAM! I have to start all over! LOL I think moderation is key and I've been more conscious of what I drink. I try to stay away from high sugar alcohol, which is hard because I love me some red vino!…

Biggest and most important tip I can pass along is, be honest with yourself and your diary. If you have a bad day, own it and move on. Tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes in it. (yet..lol) That's truly the only way to be accountable. Feel free to add me :) Renee

Feel free to add me, but please send a msg :)

Still new to running but I am running in the Fallen Fathers' Memorial Run. This will be my third year. 2017 = 5 km walk 2018 = 10 km run/walk 2019 = 10 km run (maybe the 15...who knows?)

Yup! Current 171, goal of 150. Once I've reached that, perhaps another 5-10 pounds.
-
All of the above. Also, try compression socks. I've noticed a huge difference.
-
Great commitment to yourself and your health. Well done!

I get most of my protein from fish, eggs, legumes and seeds like quinoa.

Recently recommitted to logging everything! I'm a shift worker looking to drop 20 pounds (to start), become a more consistent runner and lifter. (crossfit, really need to work on my upper body strength)

I'm at 1240 and my diary is open. Feel free to add me.

We have similar goals. I'm not one for macro/micro nutrients but lifting is something I'm getting back into. Feel free to add me.

Just started suffering from eczema last year and my break out is top thigh/below the glutes and bottom of my left foot (which is weird). Steroid ointment from my family physician didn't work. I am now using an all natural homemade cream I made with Shea butter, calendula oil (homemade), honey (from my bees) and tea tree…

I am fortunate to have access to a gym (although small) here at the office. We are allowed to eat at our workstations so I use the gym during my meal break and eat afterwards.

Very well written. We often don't realize how much negative self talk is really going on in our head. Well done on your emotional well being and your physical journey! *hugs*

Welcome. Feel free to add me. I have a dark sense of humour, super sarcastic, motivated but alas not single. ;) (*also first responder)
