Thank ya! I wake up at 6am, go to sleep around 10pm, so with 16 waking hours, I try to remember to drink a glass every hour. 16 glasses of water = 1 gallon. And if I forget or get busy for an extra hour or two, I have to down an extra glass or two to make up for it the next time I drink, no skipping! It really goes a long…

Wow, I've never heard a dietician go so strict before! No, I don't know of any resource that can do that. Since that person put you on such a strict diet I would honestly go to them for some recipes that fit the timing and macros.

Yeah I lost 14 so far and it's crazy how if I have a bad day, even though I'm still below where I started, it still feels like no change has been made. Have to look at progress pics every now and again.

I think that yes, it is good to have an accountability buddy. For a lot of people, that shared link between themselves and another person (or group of people) is more motivating that anything they inspire within themselves. But I also think it's okay to hold yourself accountable as well. So both? But ultimately you're…

Yeah I think your plan looks great, if it feels good it is good! I do a 5 day rotation, so the day of the week each one falls on will rotate: Day 1: yoga Day 2: Pilates Day 3: workout Day 4: yoga Day 5: sprinting at the track It’s challenging enough to build muscle, posture, and stamina, without needing a rest day because…
