My NSV was fitting my favorite takeout into my calories yesterday- and still came in under goal. (While feeling totally full and satiated) It’s really nice to know I can still have some favorite foods without banking calories or going hungry. (Because I’m personally really bad at doing either of those things)

My self care today was making a stop at the beach while I was running errands. I could only stay for 10 minutes but it was nice to get some fresh air and take a break from the usual routine.

I stopped feeling hungry at night when I made sure to hit my protein macros for the day. I do this by eating protein with every meal plus a double scoop protein shake with my post workout or pre bed snack. I use unsweetened almond milk and add a little cocoa powder and peanut butter to make it taste like a chocolate treat.
