Yes but things like donuts dont fuel your body in the most optimal way so I was getting at possibly eating unnecessary simple sugars in the daytime to actively use them and boost your energy
-
You see, I never assumed that everyone had cheat days... hence why theres about 70% people that saw this post but didnt reply. And its quite wrong to go around accusing someone for what they didnt do. Stay humble

-
Sorry but bump :/
-
Sorry, but to clarify I'm currently lean bulking
-
Basically 2-4 pound gain on average and have been bulking 2-3monthish
-
So it's due to having food in the system that made me look fatter? Considering I ate less preworkout before my bulk?
-
By the way before my bulk I did 0 lower an exercises maybe 1 but now in my ab routine I try to put in 1-2 sets of reverse crunches and 1 set of mountain climbers along with cable woodchoppers and thiskneeling upper ab machine thing

Buffet foods are usually high in calories. For example a serving of orange chicken may seem small but you can probably eat 3 chicken breasts worth of orange chicken within 10 minutes. That's about 1500 calories. That's basically nothing when I eat there haha
-
I probably or even most people in general consume like 5000-6000 calories in a buffet. Isnt that nearly 2 pounds of fat?
-
I'm not too good at telling the difference between water and fat and muscle weight but I do get a small boost of getting stronger so maybe that'll help??
-
I've unofficially tried for 3 weeks or about 3-4 weekish
-
Yes I love Turkey chili but the sodium :((
-
Ooo haha
-
Wait isnt a potato usually 300 calories and 2 eggs 140 calories
-

Sorry to ask but this is for the whole community. If one were to do severe diets and bounce off fraud diets often would that have damaged their metabolism? I remember when I was first entering the fitness and health realm, I read about fasting and CICO based on fasting aka for a man you can lose2 pounds of fat in 2 days…
-
Thank you so much :)
-
Suggestions? My apartment isnt very large.
-
It's a week though:((

Yea it's legit tumbleweeds that are wet. And should I lower calories and such? Or would my body need the same if not more for recovery?
