Yep! That is exactly what it was! I had my activity level set at “sedentary” with a lose 2 lbs a week goal. On Monday, I changed it to “active” and lose 1.5 lbs a week. I just now went in and put it back to sedentary/2 lbs a week and I now see calorie credit for my steps. Apparently..I’m not as “active” as I thought I was!…

Ohhhh ok, maybe thats what the problem is. I adjusted my mfp goals on Monday and thats when I started noticing the problem. Thank you! I will see if thats the cause 😊

Hi ladies! My name is Kelly. I’m 41, stay at home mommy of 3, trying to lose about 65 pounds, which seems so far away! I’d love to connect with you all! It would be fun to have friends on a similar journey. Hope you all are having a great week! 😊

You know...I was wondering if lack of sleep affected heart rate! I’ve been feeling tired this week...and wondered if that was resulting in a lower heart rate. Good to know!

I felt like today’s workout was a lot easier for me, being it was a slower pace & I wasn’t dripping sweat, and heart rate not as high, so I was surprised to see the calorie burn was higher. If I can burn more calories this way, I’d rather do it this way for sure! I’m just starting out 😉 thanks everyone!
