i have my weight loss set in 25 lb goal increments - i get myself a decent tool for my shop at every goal. my lost goal 50 lbs lost got me a new to me drill press to replace my old falling apart one. I have 5 lbs to go and i will be getting a metal cutoff saw.

I am going to try for 30 miles for January.

running/jogging for 1 mile straight...i am at a little over 1/2 a mile at a time with walking in between right now.

I wold like to Join. I am in the middle of a couch to 5k program and and working toward jogging for 30 minutes straight. i am at 6 minutes right now. I am not sure what to put down as a goal for January. as i am trying to walk/jog 5 days a week for 5 miles.
