It's okay. I'm thinking to lesser my calories, maybe about 200 to 300 for a week and see if it helps me.

@Cassandraw3 No, I am on a diet since 5 months and from past 3 to 4 weeks, I can't seem to lose anymore weight and it's stuck and my weight sometimes goes up.

@janejellyroll Yes I am counting calories, I take about 1000-1200 calories a day and burn 500-600 calories. So should I go further low and decrease more calorie intake?
