Hi. I’m not on Optiva. I was responding to someone by saying I’m interested in it. I did some research and it looks like you have to see a MD every week. Is that how yours works?

I am having same problem. Most days I can’t even get to 1000 cal per day. However, MFP has helped me increase protein. I have been doing the 1000 cal per day for a week and haven’t lost anything! And I have resumed exercise (power walking for an hour 3 times a week is all I can do ). So frustrated.

I’m interested in Optiva and Medifast, too. Have been on my own 1000 cal or less for a week and no loss. 😢
