@Caroline_slowandsteady I also have Hashimoto but I never was aware of thyroid flare. I just take my medicine in the morning and that is. I am just wondering why I don't have the same issues

I also paid once for pro and will never do this again. Already for few days web interface changes from English to German every time I switch between home and food and so on. With German you have a complete different lay-out, community and groups. Every time I have to go to the bottom of the page to change the language :D…

Yes, mine went down when I resumed smoking, the same as recovery time after jogging. Now after 5 weeks after quitting things are getting better.
