I do my workouts in the morning. It may become challenging in the future as I will have to leave earlier home. Now my office is 700m from home versus 23km in the future with unpredictable traffic on the highway. 3xyes 3km walk π

Very well done! I dont wear my ring when I run. It sliped already few times at home. I tell my DH that he should buy another smaller ring to secure the wedding one :) I have another NSV to add. I ask the same question every time when finishing a bowl of "Magnum Classic". But I guess that a smaller bar of the same ice cream does not bring me the same satisfaction, which increases proportionally to the ice size :)

Oh yes. Enough :) But one day it is all over. I am thinking on even breaking my sober streak for a day and celebrate at our new place. But I am not sure if I will do that.... In fact, I dont miss alcohol ;)

@thabit11 I am sure, you will enjoy running. I did run when I was over 80, but now with minus 26kg it is much easier π. I also noticed that strength training improved my runs πͺ Start slowly, mixing a bit of running and walking. Have fun π
