3xyes A lot of work inside and outside the house. 1.7 km walk. Epic - rest day. Tomorrow I have a day off and drive to our new 🏠. The car is already packed with small things which better to transport by myself than to pack for a moving company ☺️

3xyes For exercise I count packing, car loading, unloading, unpacking, 6 hours driving. Sometimes 60 km/h, mostly 130-150. It is pretty stressful. I believe it is fair to count all those activities as an exercise 😉

My NSV: by body undergoes wonderful transformations. This EPIC program makes wonders with some dedication from my side :) After losing 26 kg I don't have really hanging skin, but in some parts it looks as not ironed clothes :D . I don’t know if I will manage to eliminate this “defect” as in my age skin is not so elastic…

For me it was just a matter of practice 🙂 At first my knees hurt and I had balance problem 😭 But with time everything is getting easier 😊 And the legs slimmer with good to see muscles definition. And I like the girl so much!
