I log everything. Sometimes I can incorporate my cheat meal into my regular calorie intake... other times I can't. It helps me when I can keep track of every day.

I do weight training and I also use an elliptical. Currently my schedule is 6 days on.. one day off, and im using the elliptical on alternate days. I used to do some late night workouts, and had a couple episodes of sleepiness. I now prefer early morning... like 5 or 6am. It feels great and no sleepiness.

Agreed. Too much. Too soon. Go with the home gym. Always open, never crowded.

Stopped drinking diet soda about 3 years ago. Regardless of zero calories, the sweetness affects food cravings and the sodas contain additives that are questionable.
