Day 5 2 minute walk 1 minute ski with straight arms swinging 1 minute dance 1 minute stepping up and down (I use my bottom step of the stairs and a clap my hards as I do it) Stay hydrated with that water goal and fruit for snacks Have a great day!

hi I am 61 but my husband is 73 my problem is crisps an a odd ti..much wine all can add me as a friend to keep on track as I aim to hit my targets this year so far so good so if I can do it with a new puppy. husband with cancer and a few other stressful issues them you can. Good luck all

Wow Randi a great way to burn calories. Hope everyone is doing well, I can't wait till the spring is finally here. I have toothache but the dentist is not sure which tooth it is as she wanted to remove it so on tablets to see how it goes but it's such a pain fingers crossed it will improve. I will weigh in tomorrow 🤪

Hi all, sorry I have been so busy lately with looking after husband and dogs I don't seem to get a minute. Lost another pound this week , trying to get more Exercise in where I can , I keep logging and trying to eat more fruit and drunk more water but it's always tricky in the winter I just want hot chocolate drinks lol.…
