I started drinking in my mid twenties, slowly at first as my husband always used to have a bottle of cider each night and slowly i started to have half a class which then became 1 pint a night by my thirties i was having a pint and a half a night some times i would be hung over by slowly my body got used to it then events…

i plan to start by cutting down and having some AF days then I can increase as i go as it will be hard particulary as i have a husband sitting next to me who will not cut back. Day 1 only 1 glass of wine (refused another one)

I always gain in the winter but I try to fight it by doing more exercises when i can and having one pot meals to fill me up.

i havent done any of these pre-challenge activities so here goes. 1. I need to continue to stop late night eating 2. Exercise to do strength training daily 3. Get enough sleep each night 4. Drink more water 5. Have more fuit in the week.

This might be a silly question but as you are a dog lady you probably know this but do female dogs stop eating when the come into season as mine has just started she is 9 months bit I can't get her to eat wondered is it normal.
