Weekly weigh-in Starting wright: 68.5kg (151.01lb) Today: 69.2kg (152.6lb) Worst weigh-in so far for me. I hope that's because of last week's illness and that I've not lost the ability to shed weight altogether.

Thanks! Today's weigh-in 151.02 (68.5 kg). Same as last week's. Sorry team, will do better next month! I'm still happy for myself - wasn't sure if I'd be able to get back to tracking after the holidays and the life with no accountability for calories.

Weekly weigh in Monday Last week: 69 kg (152.12lb) Today (18.02): 68.5kg (151.02lb) Considering the struggle last week this is almost momentous! Then again I used another scale last weekend, so maybe that was it ;)

@mram3582 : my appetite has gone up, that's mostly it. Plus I brought back a lot of food from home. The plan was to practise eating in moderation, so am working in that now.
