  • Hi everyone, I started out borderline obese last October on MFP and lost about 10 kilos since, but in the past couple of months I didn't do well and gained back some of it. So the goal for this month is to go back to where I was in June (at least).

  • Weekly weigh-in Last week: 67.5kg (148.8lb) Today: 68kg (149.9lb) Didn't work out the last couple of days and didn't count calories either, maybe that's it. Trying to stay positive and more importantly, to stay under 150. :/

  • Daily post June 4 Tracked Calories - 700 over. Tried American peanut butter finally! The brand at the B&B place was too sugary and salty for my taste, but also strangely addictive :/ Healthier suggestions, anyone? Exercise - 6 km run with breaks, 20 minutes yoga

  • Daily post 30.05.19 Tracked Calories - 1100 over again. It was a conscious decision - to empty the fridge since I was going away. The mistake though was to eat half a bar of dark chocolate before realizing chocolate has a long shelf life o.o Exercise - about a 4km walk
  • Hi everyone, I did pretty bad last month and ended up gaining. Hope to lose it this month. Main goal is to control carbs and learn to eat in moderation. Also going to spend the month in America. This will be my first trip there and I am curious to see to how it goes food-wise!
  • Daily post 29.05.19 Tracked Calories - 400 over Exercise - 4.5km walk It's a lot of calories, but ate whole food at least. Need to slowly work on the quantity next.
