    Calories - 735 over, but I stopped eating at half a slice of cheesecake so it could've been worse ;)
    Exercise - 8 km walk

    Goal for today: to run like no one's watching. Also to put an end to this streak of 2000+ calories/day.

    Eight days of vacation eating plus dinner last night consisted of garlic & asiago chicken sausage links and a snack later of veggie straws - sodium overload. I'm so sorry, team Flab-U-Less. I promise I'll do better next week.

    Cw:79.8 kg (175.9 lbs)

    Not sure what's wrong. Real gain is of course possible, but can't believe it is that much. No bad days this week and exercised regularly as usual. No extra sweets. May be partly due to the pizza which I allowed myself yesterday and due to the high-protein I started with my dietist but still... :(
