    Comments: Had a good day today. The office bought Italian food and I decided to eat my packed lunch instead. The packed lunch (French-style lentil soup and zucchini cornbread casserole) was delicious and kept me so full that I didn't eat the other half of my snacks! The other ladies made fun of me a little, but I felt really good about my choice :smiley:

    @KristiRTT Another great day! We're an AF family too. Where are they shipping him to? We were in SatCom so we ended up in all the most god forsaken places, out of the way holes they could find :)
    @ajfuelling Woot! Nice loss! The joint pain usually decreases immensely after a couple of pounds come off and you continue to exercise the muscles.

    @gloliver3 Yeah, I still don't have any messages from you. It may be mfp's fault...they have a glitchy system that may or may not work. As far as games and stuff, it was just fun things that I came up with to keep people thinking about weight loss and goals and also to keep us active. I've used several in the past. I came up with a BINGO (I was going to call it FLABO but just couldn't :p ), a 1up challenge, and a fitness scavenger hunt. Anyone can come up with games or ideas and post. There is also a question of the week challenge that I keep forgetting to post (I usually remember once or twice a month)
