Well this is no surprise as I've not eaten well the last few weeks. Combined with a large but unexpected loss last week, it's finally caught up with me.

I am still just trying to find a routine that works for me. Work and life are crazy right now but starting to settle down some, so hoping that helps me out. I have had a lot of health setbacks as well, so slowly getting there.
