    My first gain since starting here in January.
    Well this is no surprise as I've not eaten well the last few weeks. Combined with a large but unexpected loss last week, it's finally caught up with me.
    Need to use this as motivation to get back on track.

    @mram3582 Thanks. My overall trend is downward, but I hate seeing my progress restart like this... -_-; I just need to take a deep breath and reflect on where I'm going off-plan, I guess, then set a goal around fixing that behaviour :)

    I am still just trying to find a routine that works for me. Work and life are crazy right now but starting to settle down some, so hoping that helps me out. I have had a lot of health setbacks as well, so slowly getting there.

    June 9: 550 over, 10km hike

    MFP is super slow nowadays on my phone, so logging everzthing has become harder. :/

    I am determined to do some physical activity at least 3x this week. I haven’t been eating from lack of appetite so I plan to refresh my daily habits during this stressful time.
