@Starshine15 I completely understand how tough trigger foods can be. A coworker of mine, who is also working on losing weight, was telling me about a recipe that had Nutella in it. I know if I bought a jar of Nutella it would be lucky to last a few days with me! When it comes to trigger foods, I think I crave more of the taste than anything! I know for me keeping the foods out of the house is a big help!1
