Exercise: spent the majority of the day cleaning out the garage, and went on a 20 minute walk for ice cream.
To those that posted a daily check in, great job! Try to log what you eat everyday, whether you go over your calories or not. It will help keep yourself accountable to make healthy choices.

Goals/Day/Comments: Did 15 minutes before daughter's softball games while she was warming up -- came home from the tournament and did 45 more - ran into a neighbor and her dogs and another neighbor dealing with 2 baby garter snakes, LOL1 -

CW : 118.4kg (260.48lb) Loss of 3.2kg (7.04lb). Hopefully this will continue to come down. My goal for this month is to get under 118.4kg so far it's promising.
