    Today - 67.5kg (148.8lb)

    I was hoping all the extra workout would balance out, but clearly I need to work better on my calories. Trying to stay positive.

    @Ldenzel - Staying the same is better than gaining. I hope the weight loss happens for you!

    @rekvar12 - Attitude is the biggest motivator. You just need to keep positive and find what works for you. You'll get there!
