    Exercise: Yes 2 mile walk on the treadmill that took 29 minutes
    Goals/Day/Comments: Today was just a busy mom day. Got my workout in but not sure about food. Don't feel like I did too bad. Ready to hit the ground running tomorrow.

    Exercise: Yes (My Fitbit registered my singing and piano playing for church as "outdoor bike" I guess because of the amount of exertion I put into for 68 minutes spread over the course of 2 services.)

    Goals/Day/Comments: This week's goal is to walk 100,000 steps by Saturday, 7/6/19. That means I need to walk about 14,286 miles per day, which I feel is quite doable. Steps 6/30/19: 11,321 (almost there)

    I'm back. I missed my team and it looks like I missed July sign ups (since it's now July 1). It's been a rough June but I'm back with a vengeance (plus 7 lbs). I'll join back into the group in August. You all are doing great!

    Exercise: Still playing catch up on yard work...lots of weeding, mulching, trimming...I'm sure I burned some calories even though the exercise was non conventional.

    Daily Post (Sunday/June 30th) - Sorry hope me posting a day late is not an issue. I just realized the challenge actually started yesterday :/

    Track: Yes!!
    Calories: Yes!! (236 calories under :))
    Exercise: Yes!! (walking with the doggos)
    Goals/Day/Comments: I have been fighting a cold so spent most of the day home taking care of me, but was happy to get out for a walk with the dogs.

    @dheliason I entered this weight, but if you need to change it in a day or two for sodium reduction, that is fine too.
    @evangsimmons170 Great goals! Also, there is really no spreadsheet or signing up for participation in the daily post challenge. You just post here everyday. It is not mandatory, it is just a tool to keep people thinking about their goals and accountability. The only challenge that is required here is a weekly weigh in.

    @debbie14892 I'm trying to mow today too, but it is 100+ degrees and humid here today. It is really sapping me. I hope that your plants are faring better than my dried up and dead ones.
