    @empire5 that is going to happen to me this week after this convention. I'm trying to get my own food together so that I don't have to eat out everyday. We'll see if it works out better for me.

    Goals/Day/Comments: Today was a good day. A little nervous about tomorrow. My brother in law is in town and my in laws want to take us all out to dinner tomorrow. I am so new at trying to really watch what I eat and make smart choices so I am very worried about going out to eat where I don't have as much control over my food. Going to go and do my best and enjoy time with family.

    Exercised __yes total of 60 min full body work outs
    1st i did. 26 min an what u call toning walk with bands an walking.

    2nd i did 15 min on the recumbent bike.

    Then core work outs with stability ball an then
    Lower body work out with my own body weight.

    Water yes 11 cups

    Never got stationary bike done today.
    Instead went shopping an refilled my refigerator with health fruits an veggies for this week

    I'm still keeping up with everyone's posts and weights, I'm just REALLY busy this week trying to get ready for vacation while working 12+ hr shifts the whole way up to it and after it. I haven't had a day off in about 2wks now. I'm sorry for not commenting on all the posts this week. You guys are doing fantastic though!
