Hey everyone. Just got back into town today and the weekend in Santa Barbara did not go as planned. Eating out has always been a challenge for me. I knew the decisions I was making weren't the best and I made them anyway. Granted, I did share any desserts with my husband but I still did not make great choices (key lime pie instead of fresh berries, potatoes au gratin instead of extra vegetables, etc).
I'm ready for this week. Focus is on food, water and exercise.1 -

I decided to take advantage of the lovely weather we have been having, me and my partner went for a hike to see some waterfalls. It was a very strenuous and hilly hike but the views were worth it. I definitely thought I might stop and turn back when the hills got very steep but kept going and felt very proud of myself. I want to be able to do more like this but feel fitter whilst doing it. Given me something to aim for!1 -

So, I got everyone's weight in, but I am going to be really busy for the next week. Ashley @AB0215 is going to be entering weights and keeping up with the mini challenge while I am at the expo. I think that I will be able to check in, but last time there were too many people trying to use the same cell towers/wifi and it kept crashing the service. I am just going to assume that I will have spotty/no service. We aren't leaving until Thursday, but I am working everyday and trying to get everything ready. They are also having an 80's prom there so.....there will be pictures!4
