But like some of others i think i ate it back.
Exercises yes did total of 50 min
Strength upper 15 min
Cardio treadmill 20min
Then i have stationery bike 4 min which is a killer
Then i did a 11min on my recumbent bike
Water got in 10 cups an down to 2 cups coffee now getting in more water now.2 -

So, I got everyone's weight in, but I am going to be really busy for the next week. Ashley @AB0215 is going to be entering weights and keeping up with the mini challenge while I am at the expo. I think that I will be able to check in, but last time there were too many people trying to use the same cell towers/wifi and it kept crashing the service. I am just going to assume that I will have spotty/no service. We aren't leaving until Thursday, but I am working everyday and trying to get everything ready. They are also having an 80's prom there so.....there will be pictures!4
