I am sorry to bring the group down this week but the truth is I am actually feeling pretty good. I have kept up with the weight training and have been eating healthy (for the most part). Results may not be showing on the scale but they are definitely showing in the way of added energy, the way my clothes fit and my overall posture.

@happy7811 Still not a gain! If you have doubts about your scale, you can test it by putting something with a definitive weight (dumbbell, 1lbs butter) on it to test/calibrate it. Great job on the water today too!

Mram3582 thanks for advice i tried weighing my different weight sizes on scale lol they come back heavier than what they were my 10 pound wights ended up 11.8 an my 6 pounds weights thats 3 each pounds weighed up at 7.4 weird scale.
So yes i did buy a new scale for myself. Gave hubby broken one lol.
So i hope now it show results or i know why??making out new plans for next week also.

Will today got bombed out of roof .
Had an emergency call sat in hospital most all morning an afternoon grandson fill off a roof at work 10 ft down

I seem to be a little bit stuck, I've been hovering around the same weight for weeks. My average weight has gone down by less than a pound the last month... At least it is not going up
