    10 min on recumbent bike.
    An not sure if this counts but rest of day washed an hung out cloths an bedding.

    I went out of state to pick my sister up this weekend which means I was not active for many hours. Definitely did not drink even half of the water I was supposed to and made bad food choices. I am ready to get back on track and glad to have my sister home with me. Now I have a partner to do workouts with.
