Don't feel bad. I just recently learned how to pull in recipes from the blog and save them to my recipes and even log it in my diary. That's really cool. Some of the recipes have been wonderful!2 -

I got pulled over today while speeding to my parents house. My mom locked herself out of her house with oil cooking on the stove and the dog inside. Thankfully the officer who pulled me over sent another officer to her house who kicked in her door, they got in about “2 mins” before the whole kitchen went up in flames! The whole house was filled with black smoke- but the doggie and the house are ok! My nerves are shot- and I had to run through a drive through for dinner after this ordeal- but I was still under my calories2 -

I am not sure what is happening. My weight has been fluctuating wildly since I had a pizza with a friend on Tuesday. Before that, it has been quite stable. I drank enough water, so it surely can't be due to sodium only... apart from that I ate well and exercised every day except Tuesday. Hmpf.
Hopefully next week looks better again, this is frustrating!

I'm so glad your mom is ok! Sounds like a harrowing experience. I'm just glad everyone is ok. I would have stress are too after all that. Take care.2 -
