Weekly weigh-in April 7: 67kg (147.71lb) April 14: 66.7kg (147.05lb) So I seem to be stuck to this 0.3kg loss a week whether or not I do more. 0.5kg would've been nicer but aah well.

Weekly weigh-in Last Monday: 67.3 kg (148.37 lb) Today: 67 kg (147.71 lb) I expected more, especially since for the first time in months, my weekly net calories was slightly under last week.

Daily post 07.04 Tracked Calories 170 under, but ate about 600 calories of dessert. Exercise - 6.6km jog in the morning, 5.5 km walk in the evening.

Daily post 06 April Tracked Calories - 50 over Exercise - 30 minutes' yoga + approximately a 1.5km walk (adding up 100m bits). But spent about 5 hours volunteering at a homeless foodsharing event which involved a lot of standing, hoping that burnt some calories too ;)
