Daily post 19.12.18 Track- yes Exercise- Yoga + barely 2km over the whole day. Calories -130 over net + ate late. Goal for tomorrow: eat earlier and walk a little more.

Forgot to post yesterday! Daily post Dec 18 Track: yes Calories: under, 80 remaining (net) Exercise: yoga + short walks adding up to about 2km Goal: tried intermittent fasting from Monday night to Tuesday night. Ate about 400 calories net in the 24-hr period, but then binged dinner at 11pm. Need to plan better.

I know right. Decided to try out intermittent fasting and skipped lunch, only to be offered cookies at a meeting. O.O

Daily post 17.12 Track- yes Exercise- walked 4km, but in 6 parts of approx 0.6-0.8 km each. Skipped yoga. Calories- 80 over net. Goal for tomorrow- get back to the usual 6km walk + yoga, portion control for lunch and dinner.

Daily post 14.12.18 Track: yes Exercise: not much, still managed 2.5km over the whole day Calories: under by about 80. Ate in moderation even though there was a lot of food around, so yeay!

Weekly weigh-in Starting weight : 159.4 Current weight: 158.95 Not much, but at least it isn't an increase! :) I doubt that today's weight was increased because of water weight from high-sodium takeout food and menstrual cycle stuff. @mram3582 : hence my frustration yesterday. But you're right, I need to be nicer to myself…

Daily post Tracked, barely managed within calories thanks to a net walk of about 8-9km overall today. But ate late and had 1.5 portions of Lebanese takeout because I had leftover food from someone. Stuck to low carb, but lots of sodium and fat. :( Still glad I stopped at 1.5 and not the whole 2 portions.

Daily post Track- yes Calories- did not exceed the daily calories on the whole, but need to eat better. Dinner was late and lunch so included both deep fried stuff AND a big slice of chocolate cake.. and didn't work out for hours afterwards :/ Exercise- yess! Yoga and the usual 5-6km to/from work, so hopefully I burnt off…
