I downloaded google spreadsheet from the App Store to my phone. All I have to do now is click on the spreadsheet icon on my phone (it already has this spreadsheet on it) then all I do is enter my info.

My goals/habits for this year is to stop smoking, lower my A1C number and get away from that diabetes line, start working out and drinking more water. I'm not a big fan of drinking water so that's going to be a big one! Also, without saying...to reach a healthy weight!

I weigh myself once a week and take my measurements once a month. Usually if my scales don't move I'll for sure see a difference in inches.
