41 at the moment. Recently lost 30 lbs and started getting into shape again. Was fairly lax in my 30's.

Hey there. I lost almost 30 lbs this year doing a couch to 5k program. I started with walking a min, running a min and now I can now run for an hour or 9 kms. I still eat burgers, pizza fries etc. I just don't over eat. As long as you start sweating you know it's working. Hope this helps, gl!
