I struggle with using food to help with all my emotions. Food when I’m happy, sad. angry, etc. Found a pod cast to help with food and emotions. Check out pocast The Stop Binge Eating podcast With Kirsten Sarfde. Maybe it will help You too

I’m back to my highest weight ever 183 pounds. I enjoy food. Unfortunately many times i am an emotional eater. I need to get healthy since a I have a special needs daughter. I have diabetes too.Tine to begin again
