I’ve done a number of things ever the last 2 months. 1. Cut out bread and starchy carbs entirely. Cut down carbs massively and get my sugars from veg, fruit etc. Every now and then l’ll have new potatoes but cold. (That matters!) 2. My friends took a photo of me in a store from behind. They sent to me with “ buy some new clothes” as I looked so scruffy in my now baggy clothes. The next day I took 6 large sacks of clothes to charity!
